Naughty By Nature는 Treach, , Vin Rock, DJ Kay Gee 이 세명으로 구성된 힙합 트리오 입니다. NBN은 1989년 처음 The New Style이라는 이름으로 앨범 "Independent Leaders"를 내고 2년 후에 지금의 Naughty By Nature로 이름을 바꾼후, 앨범 타이틀로 자신의 그룹이름을 달고 첫번째 앨범을 냅니다. 이 앨범의 NBN의 첫번째 히트곡인 "O.O.P"는 Jackson 5의 "ABC"를 샘플링 한 곡으로 Billboard Hot 100에 6위까지 피크 되는 기록을 세우기도 햇었죠. 이 곡은 후에 1998년 유명한 음악잡지인 The Source에서 Top 100 rap singles of all time 에 뽑히기도 합니다 . 이후 2번째 앨범에는 "HIphop Hooray"라는 곡을 히트 시키고, NBN이름으로서의 3집인 Poverty's Paradise에서는 바로 이곡 "Feel Me Flow"라는 곡을 히트 시키면서 이 앨범으로 Grammy의 Best Rap Album을 수상하기도 했었습니다.
